"Great place to stay in an area where the locals live! Great building which was once a palace/ mansion which has been converted into 10 small apartments . The young manager Augustus is extremely friendly, helpful and efficient providing you with maps and recommendations. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the Metro a 5 min walk . "It was great. There was no hand soap which was strange but otherwise it was a great place to stay. I wish also they had provided outlet converters but i dont know if other places do that."

"Ely at the front desk is the best you can get in BCN. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Everything was seamless from booking to check out. Grocery store is a 2min walk, train station is a 10min walk, Parc Guell is also down the road. a lot of food and coffee options. Very safe to walk at night. Just a minor recommendation would be to add shelves and hooks in the bathroom so it's easier to store toiletries. "

"The apartment was on a street with screaming and yelling and partying from 1am-5am. An interior room might be quieter. The check-in was the most annoying check-in i have ever had in my life. If you are young and tech-savy with a back-up phone battery then it's fine but you essentially have to upload your passport to a portal that glitches. Pay a damage deposit then they issue you a bluetooth key. The bluetooth "key" didn't work and it was 40 degrees and i had to call the company who THEN...
