"Alessia's flat was clean, comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. We were able to cook in a clean and functional kitchen and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of space, very relaxing. Access to lots of public transport, with a very walkable neighborhood. Lots of markets and restaurant options nearby. The host was kind and helpful to us."

The only issues which were disappointing was we couldn’t figure out remotes for temperature control (air conditioning) and espresso machine wasn’t working, and they didn’t have the sofa bed made up which we requested, but they assumed because we were only 2 people we didn’t need it. When we asked for help with AC the woman kept trying to give us tips via text but we needed onsite help, never came. But still a great stay. "

"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had traveling. The owner was very unresponsive, the check in "method" was just terrible (go to a local store, the shop keeper there is confused and not sure what to do, feel like you have to haggle for the keys), then get to the apartment to be hit with the strongest smells that cause immediate headaches. Try to call the owner and they do not respond unless they are trying to contact you. They do not answers calls, text, whatsapp messages, emails, or...

"Location was fantastic. 15 walk to the Naviglio Grande area for lots of restaurants, metro station right outside (take the Olona exit, it's the closest), tram station very close, supermarket next door for essentials, list goes on and on. Not to mention it's 2 metro stops away from the Malpensa Express terminus. Still, the neighborhood is quiet and easy to get a good night's rest. Check-in process was easy and the custode was super friendly!"

"The unique thing about this property is the property manager(s). Ensured that my stay was excellent. The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). There are ample restaurants, shops and Italian character within a stone's through. I higly recommend this B&B/Hotel for the traveler in Novara."

"Facility is pretty new and clean. The room is on the ground floor. Wifi works very well. The hotel provides soaps and a sponge for dish cleaning, kitchen papers. The washing machine grew mould, I had to clean it up before I use. (to be honest, this problem doesn't occur only here, but also a lot of appartment type hotels.) I recommend the owner to wash washing machines and to through away the dusts in vacuum cleaner periodically."

"Enrico was a great host! Easy check in. He met us with an interpreter who was very pleasant and they showed us around the apartment and answered all of our questions. Enrico was very quick to answer all of my messages. We are from America and communicated with him on What’s App which was a great way to connect with him. We really enjoyed the area!
