"We are was unhappy and disappointed ! Pictures whispering Us that , this is separated property , however this is just part of the Villa yard , and Smell like was in a cellar ,The bed and duvet, was unfresh , has not TV , missed light in the bathromm light, aircondition was broken dosen't worked properly, the Wifi signal dosen't worked inside the building , and finaly We got hidden charge !!!!"

"This host is lazy at best and deceptive at worst. I've never written a negative review before but here we go: - I sent 3 messages in the 3 days leading up to our stay with no response from Maria (no information provided regarding check-in process etc). She only got back to me a few hours before check-in time. - Check-in is advertised as 2pm and is one of the reasons we booked this accommodation as we were arriving from a long flight that morning. "We just came back after a trip to the center of Italy. We went on a family trip with four grown up kids (19 - 26), and stayed for a week in Casale Eredità. "I picked this place because I prefer to stay in the countryside rather than a city and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and peaceful. I also liked that they had an outdoor swimming pool, which was a good way to cool down since the weather was extremely hot. The breakfast was excellent, and I recommend their restaurant for dining too. It is traditional Italian food prepared to order without rushing. Be ready to spend at least an hour on the whole dining experience."
