"Wonderful traditional Italian bnb. Ideal location to stop off the A1 on the way south. Excellent signs to locate hotel. Very nice owners. Limited English to match our limited Italian, but we got by. Surrounded by beautiful countryside. Had a nice pool but we didnt use it on our brief stopover. Enjoyed food from pork festival in Narni close by, recommended by owner"

"This is a lovely little Band B. Carla our host didn’t speak any English but she went out of her way to please us. It is basic but it met our needs for a fantastic price. Clean and comfortable bed. "Booked this property as reviews I read were a 10/10 feedback. Called the owner when I arrived in the area and she let me know she was home, room is upstairs of a house but the toilet and shower were downstairs. So no en suite room. Advertised breakfast which was disappointing on first day, and as I was able to get breakfast at an event I attended so no need for breakfast just a coffee on day 2. Bed was quite firm and had restless nights sleep. "

"We added a 3rd day to our stay. The location just a bit east of Sutri is ideal for visiting Etruscan sites, though Google Maps complicated our arrival, suggesting we needed to drive kilometers past the hotel and then approach from the east. We stayed for the great service but encourage anyone who wants to discover a beautiful, less visited part of Italy to enjoy this area and all it offers making this comfortable property your base. And do yourself another favor by eating dinner at the hotel at least one night."
