"I give 5 star to the staffs they are very friendly and accommodating, the bathroom is very clean and the breakfast is excellent. On our last day we didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but they provided us a generous breakfast to take away as our flight was so early. Only the room is very plain and like an ordinary room without decorations, no hotel vibes at all. It has a good potential as the location is great. Should improve the rooms."

"Upper House was definitely that. I stayed in Gothia Towers and then did an upgrade for two nights. It was a good stay in both places but they certainly turned up a notch at Upper House. The spa was wonderful. Not too crowded as they made reservations. The saunas and Hamam room were very nice. Pools were warm and well maintained. Breakfast at both places was good but I was able to get made to order breakfast at upper house which was very nice. Service was superb in both places, The staff were helpful and friendly My only feedback would be to expand the menus at the in hotel restaurants. The pizza at The Corner was nice and fresh."

"Même si la ville de Göteborg ne m'a pas particulièrement charmée avec tous les travaux, j'ai adoré mon séjour à cet hôtel. Ma chambre était propre, bien aménagée et très confortable. Les employés étaient souriants, avenants et offraient un excellent service. Le buffet déjeuner était varié et de qualité ainsi que la salle. J'ai aussi apprécié le room-service après une longue journée de voyagement, le souper au Sky-bar pour la fin de mon séjour ainsi que le spa qui est magnifique et m'a permis une belle soirée de détente au milieu d'un voyage solo de 3 semaines. Je recommande fortement!"

"One of the best stays in my European backpack trip. I appreciate the hospitality and accomodating the staffs are. The hotel looks very iconic sith the decorations including the room. I love how relaxing and comforting the bed is and I get to watch the TV as well. Very spacious where I can move around freely."

"Stayed 3 nights as a solo traveller. The location is fantastic, next to central train and bus station. Room was fine with a comfortable bed and kettle. Great shower. Room slightly chilly and I couldn't get radiator to heat up. The breakfast was included and quality and choice of food really good Also next to an impressive shopping centre. I had an early flight and staff kindly provided a breakfast selection in reception at 5am, which was super. I had paid extra when booking, to have use of the spa facilities, which are open till 9pm. Large spa bath, sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool, foot baths and loungers, plus refreshments counter. Only criticism, wet floor extremely slippery. I nearly fell and saw younger guests slip too! I was handed a robe and a couple of toiletries at check in, but didn't need them and at checkout was asked to pay for those items (unexpected!) Overall I highly rate this hotel"
