"We were in town visiting my daughter. This location served our puposes and was in a convenient area. The hosts were very accommodating when i had to change my booking from including a pet to not having one as I ended up javing a sitter for him. All in all, i recommend this location for your future travel plans."

"This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. So close to everything in 12 South. The guesthouse was clean and spacious. The bed was the only negative. It squeaked and creaked. I would recommend replacing the bed frame etc with something smaller. But it was comfortable anyway. Would recommend. 12 South is excellent location for trip to Nashville "

"I was solo traveling for business to Nashville, and this listing was a 4 min walk to my desired destination. Walkable to Kroger and Mapco gas station, as well as various restaurants and bars. The studio is cozy. I wouldn't try to fit more than 2 people. Neighborhood is nice and there's lots of places to go for walks/jogs. I was traveling with my pup, and this listing accommodates pets for a small fee. Totally worth the money. Would stay here again, and I likely will!"

"Amazing property that you can roam and hike on. Great areas for beautiful photo opportunities. My granddaughter loved the farm animals. We all enjoyed feeding them, especially the horses. My son wanted to kidnap Skippy the farm dog. He was our guide when roaming the property. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"The hotel is very beautiful and clean. Adequate space for our family. I didn't realize that there was no kitchen while booking. It was my mistake. The door was not locking from inside. I informed the manager. Hopefully, it has been taken care of. Otherwise, there was no problem at all."
