"If I could give it a zero I would. The hotel is being renovated, which wasn’t noted when I booked with Expedia on June 26. They are renting out rooms on floors with unfinished hallways- no carpet, paint, doorframes. The room itself was also unfinished with wires sticking out of the walls, water leaking all over the bathroom floor, and the construction smells were so bad we had to leave after 2 hours as we were feeling nauseous. They didn’t offer a refund for the 2 hour stay and I don’t think...

"I arrived and was assigned my room. Upon entering, the bed was not made, towels on the floor, and leftover breakfast on the counter. I went back to the desk,and explained the situation. I was given another room, but when I went to take a shower, there was a washcloth and hand towel only. No bath towels or bathmat. I went to the pool area and got a towel."
