"Nice hotel! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Although getting in contact with the desk was a bit tricky when there was no phone to call down and when I looked up the phone number, I didn’t get anyone to pickup. Thankfully they called back! Also when we checked in, no one was at the desk but there wasn’t a note to contact them of which we called and received no answer. I’m sure this is a rare occasion. This hotel was in a beautiful location and great distance from Yellowstone. Nice...

"The staff of this hotel did what they needed to do. But the bathroom was old, bathroom sink permanently stained. I am on a road trip, so spending one night in similar quality and price point hotels. This was an outdated dump compared to the other two prior nights for the money. No more Microstels for me."

"We called Atwell when we landed in Bozeman. They sent a shuttle to come and get us right away........and that was at 11:50pm."

"The mattresses are old and need replacement. We have the worst night sleep as the mattresses were sagging and uncomfortable. Woke up to back aches! The refrigerator had "hairs" in it."
