"The property itself was very nice. Lucia checked us in and was very informative and helpful. We previously had arranged to be picked up by the hotel which was included and free. We were informed it would be a 15-40 minute wait time. It was over an hour. Not the worst but inconvenient. We did take advantage of free transportation (to and from) to a local restaurant that was absolutely delicious. We put in our breakfast order the night before but the morning of we were told there was a problem...
