"Very nice complex - very easy to enter & exit & well kept. Disappointed the hot tub was cold & pool colder, would have loved to go swimming. Owner had a great binder with tons of info & very responsive to email questions. "

"The first impression of the place look like outer premises werenot well maintained we didnt have hotwater during our stay also the parking was street parking. Neighborhood was loud at all times. We had to leave the rental early due to a family emergency. No refund was offer and no compensation for not having hot water."
