"Our stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout our visit. One particularly absurd moment was being charged €8 for a coffee from a basic machine. To make it worse, the receptionist remembered a cup we took a day earlier with laser focus — if only she used that level of attention to provide good service instead of nitpicking minor things. "Hotel is located in a quiet area with a few restaurants in the area. Not located in the main area but 10-15 walk to The Concha. Located a bit out of the way if you want to be close to central but not too far away. The hotel itself was vey nice with a very spacious room with Large comfortable bed and pillows, very nice bathroom and shower. Great closet and storage space if your staying for a few days. Great breakfast buffet if you decide to have breakfast with many options. Overall great stay and would recommend. "
