"We loved our weekend stay. The room is so adorable and comfortable. The host immediately replies to your messages and is so kind. The rental is just a few minutes from the stadium making it great for Gator games. We would love to return in the future."

"The condo area was like you are in a public housing project. Very unsafe feeling. You could see daylight thru the door jamb and the toilet was full of mold. I have pictures for both. We had a problem with dishwasher & when someone came to check it the plug was shooting sparks & required an electrician. The out door area was very run down. Unfortunately the only pics they show are from inside. Lesson learned."

"The unit was clean and nicely furnished. I ended up not needed the second night, and the owner issued a partial refund. Very nice of him to do. The unit is centrally located in Gainesville, so you can get downtown, or to the shopping on the south end easily."
