"Stayed w/family for graduation weekend. Very convenient to campus, beautiful quiet neighborhood. Even found a walking trail to the Preserve closeby. 3 of 4 bedrooms are downstairs & getting from driveway to the house was tricky for the 3 elderly ladies we traveled with but overall was a wonderful experience"

"Cute historic home in between campus and downtown Gainesville. Not the best neighborhood, but location is solid. TV has no cable access, so bring firestick/roku to hook up yourself. Floors definitely need to be mopped, but overall the linens were cleaned very well and house was very tidy and cutely decorated. Nice big fridge too. I would recommend this place for an inexpensive gameday stay! "
