Summary:
A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a Victorian home. It's on the property of the Camellia Rose Inn and has washer and dryer access as well as a beautiful yard. The property is walking-distance to downtown Gainesville and is located in the quaint and quiet Bed and Breakfast district. Just 5 blocks to the restaurants and bars downtown.
The apartment features beautiful hardwood floors, AC and heat, wifi, fully furnished, lots of light and more!

The Space:
The apartment has the original, beautiful heart of pine floors, gas fireplace, living room, kitchen and dining area. Located in the turret section of the beautiful Hodges House.

Guest Access:
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is full of beautiful historic homes and is just a few blocks from the historic Duckpond district.

While The Hodges Turret Apartment is located on the same property as the Camellia Rose Inn, it is not part of the Bed & Breakfast package unless specifically arranged with the Inn. Guests can reach out to the Inn if they would like to add breakfast at an additional cost, but the apartment has a full kitchen and coffee maker for our guests' convenience.
