"This quiet, comfortable Annecy apartment is within reasonable walking distance of lake, old town, groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. Secure garage parking is available, but costs an additional 20 Euro per night. Also, the security deposit is made in cash, which we had not expected.The shower is adequate, although it drains slowly – just a head’s up! We were surprised by a puddle our first morning. Also, a small supply of dish washer and laundry detergent...

"I stayed with two friends here for a long weekend of cycling in the surrounding alpine countryside. Property was easy to find/access, and just as described, which was perfect for our stay. It was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day. "

Très bon contact avec Guillaume avant et pendant le séjour, notre weekend était bien chargé mais Guillaume à toujours un petit conseil de lieu à visiter, d'activité à faire.. la maison est très bien situé, au calme et à 10/20 min de nos lieu d'activité. Nous nous sommes toute dit que nous reviendrons dans cette superbe ville. "
