Private: natural state property 5'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2.4 km, sandy beach "Plage Pin Sec, Naujac-sur-Mer" 19.5 km. Riding stable 7 km, fishing possibilities 13 km. Nearby attractions: Bordeaux 65 km, Royan (par le bac) 45 km. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6), box-room. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.
