"Location is extremely close to train station which makes it a breeze getting in and out of Milan. Staff was nice, apartment had amazing views and well stocked with everything you could need. Only negative would be the limited time for check in. If you don’t make it by the time (we didn’t, our plane didn’t land in time) you have to go around the block to check in/get your keys."

"It was a good choice for a family of four. Very near our friends at the Hyatt, the train station and metro lines to attractions and shopping. Restaurants and cafes on the same block were excellent as was the "food court" at the train station. There were some maintenance issues that they seemed eager to correct, so I hope they did. Apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but was supposed to be non-smoking. The A/C and washing machine worked great!"

I admit i was a made a bit nervous, by all the coments about how difficult the check in process was and the problems people were having with the QR codes to access the building. But i am happy to say we had no issues. However the online checking form and the contract you have to sign are a bit too much! Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. "This was not a hotel, very difficult communication, 3or 4 different people sent me texts, very confusing. Then they charged us half of the room price for check in at 10 pm, because of our plane delay. Plus same amount for taxes. Also, They offered a shuttle from the airport, the lady driver got lost, i borrowed her my iPhone to use my maps and found the hotel. and then charged us same room price in euros. "If you don't mind not having live people managing a front desk, this is the place to be. Liked that we were within a 15 min. walk to main attractions but was a little bit wary of the first couple of blocks that were residential and full of graffiti. Where I come from, graffiti means not a safe area. The apartment was clean but sad that others before us damaged furniture and left dirt/scratches on walls. It could use fresh paint throughout and mold in bathroom mold grout/sealants removed."

"House itself was very spacious and clean. We stayed 3 nights as a family of 7, 5 adults, 2 children. Only 35 mins to Milan. Many restaurants and grocery nearby. Just is very nice and very responsive to all our questions. Tip-ask about all fees prior to booking. Host fees very high. Home is also along side road and traffic can be heard all day/night. Construction began next door on a new home day 2 at 0700. Not the hosts fault, but something to be considered when charging high host fees. Also...
