"Excellent that the laundry room was free of charge for the residents but whem I was doing my laundry after 6 pm.; the laundry maid for the bed linen of the appartments was still there. The machine for the staff should be commercial or even be industrial machines. It seems to take her forever to try and dry the linens."

"The best part about staying here was the well equipped kitchenette. It was very helpful to be able to cook and store food while staying in Zurich. There are pans, crockery and cutlery in the room. The room was a small studio and there is some large furniture which made it a bit cramped for two people. Any time we had a question or needed something , we would email their office and the response was immediate. The location is very close to tram lines that take you all the way to the main railway station and on to the airport. There were super markets close by. I would recommend Ema Apartments to others."
