"There is no housekeeping on a daily basis only on the third day. If you want daily housekeeping, it's an additional charge. However, you can go do wn to the lobby and refresh your own towels on a daily basis and dump your own trash. I was a little surprised about that. Being a beach resort, you had to rent beach towels. They were not given out complimentary."

"This is a beautiful hotel. With all of the amenities that you would expect from a 5 Star hotel. Our stay included a wonderful breakfast buffet which change the main meets every day so that there was variety. I strongly recommend this hotel."

"Amazing hotel- the staff were all lovely and so kind! The breakfast buffet was excellent! The rooms were so spacious and clean. They provided all the lovely bathroom products - bath salts, toothbrushes etc. they also gave us fresh pajamas every night which were lovely!! I would just say that while we were there 2 of the pools were closed which was super disappointing as one of the reasons we booked here is because they had not listed any pool closures. As well, the only other adult pool was always full and it might have been nice to open up the day beds for free to provide additional seating at the adult pool. The pool staff were super polite and accommodating when seating became available and even came to find us at the general pool when a spot became available. Beach and swimming area was great and well attended by staff. Overall lovely experience! I would not hesitate to stay here again!"

"パイナップルパークへ行くのが目的で宿泊し ました。21世紀の森ビーチ、沖縄料理食堂やコンビニへも徒歩10分以内でとてもアクセスしやすいです！高速バス乗降車のできる名護市役所からも歩いて行ける範囲ではあります。非常に便利な場所で助かりました！部屋も清潔でしたし、アメニティも揃っていました、そしてなによりこちらのホテルには看板猫さんがいて、運よく会えたのが何より嬉しかったです！！！"

"Breakfast warning: you must order your scrambled eggs at the eggs station, where only one chef is responsible for the entire room. When you finally receive your eggs, the coffee you also need to request from a waiter will be cold. This minor oversight makes the experience rather disappointing, especially considering the variety and quality of the buffet."
