"Location is great - near UB, river walk and main mall. Check in was easy. There is good wifi connectivity. Our room was big and clean, the décor is a bit dated but in a vintage type of way and really clean. And we had fully open able windows that kept the noise out. The bed was super comfortable. Bath and shower and great lighting in it. Parking was easy Points for improvement Staff could have made an effort to help us with our heavy bags. The shower pressure was not great."

"Couldn’t get safe in room working, website advertised multiple restaurants but not all open. Things in room falling apart. Not awful, would stay again but not as expected from website , description or being a 4 star hotel. "
