"Remote, but delightful"

"Spa services were not available as advertised, facility was clean but bathroom plumbing had a strange smell. Water in the pool was not thermal and we couldn’t even make reservations for spa services, tried three times and employees were not even available. In a great location and rooms have good space but don’t go with the expectation of using the “wellness” facilities for much. "

Minor negatives - TV remote not working- a battery?; AC off due to “ low temperatures “, however ventilation on plus open window. Very convenient for overnight when traveling through/around Graz."
