When we arrived, there was water running in the basement and because of this we had no electricity all night. The water was repaired only a week later. "The villa was in a beauiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views of the hills and at least three hilltop cities. The property is situated in an area perfect for day trips to the many beautiful cities of Tuscany but you will need a car. There are also many activities available on the property. The hosts were always there for anthing we might need and gave us good tips about the area to make sure we had a wonderful Tuscan experience. I would highly recommend this property."

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir keine Ausflüge gemacht haben oder am Meer waren, haben wir uns die meiste Zeit auf der Veranda zum Spielen, Lesen oder zum Essen verweilt. Das haben fast alle Gäste so gehalten und trotzdem war eine friedliche Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Das Animationsprogramm haben wir nicht genutzt. Der Weg zum Meer ca. 8 min ging gut. Eine kleine Karre zum Strandgepäck ziehen wäre dabei angenehm. Strandmuscheln funktionierten besser als Schirme wegen dem starken Wind."
