"This house was lovely. There was plenty of space to spread out, screens on all windows to enjoy the breeze, beautiful Tuscany views from the comfortable balcony, and a wonderful new pool. The host was responsive, and we enjoyed our stay. The water pressure was great, and there was a good amount of comfortable furnishings, supplies, etc. The only challenge we had was that the internet was spotty at times and in some places, but the reality is we were there for R&R, so I am not sure that was...

"Overall we loved the cottage and the area. The views were amazing. Easy access to Florence, Pisa, etc. We enjoyed the solitude, the pool to ourselves, and sitting on our private terrace for coffee or afternoon drinks. The shrubbery around the terrace could be trimmed down to provide a better view. It was very warm during our stay, and with no A/C the cottage was quite warm. The fans helped, but noisy. We did not see the caretakers much after check-in, but knew they were there if we needed...

The photos give the impression that the house is on a hill surrounded by nothing but it’s actually very, very close to lots of other houses. Not a problem initially. The view is stunning and the house is nice. However, be warned, you are only getting half a house. The house is very basic. There is no toaster, no microwave and a tiny oven, no iron or ironing board and very little kitchen utensils. This would be a problem if you were...

"I was impressed by the space, the beauty, the location and the comfort of this property (even AC!) Located on Borgo Stretto, it is right in the middle of every tourist activity—and close to the river. The hostess is extremely accommodating—even if a late arrival is necessary. "The villa was in a beauiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views of the hills and at least three hilltop cities. The property is situated in an area perfect for day trips to the many beautiful cities of Tuscany but you will need a car. There are also many activities available on the property. The hosts were always there for anthing we might need and gave us good tips about the area to make sure we had a wonderful Tuscan experience. I would highly recommend this property."
