"The place is not clean,has a bad smell and is noisy. We were told that we'll have to move to another smaller room oh Saturday. We decided to check out on Saturday even though we booked for two nights. There's big cockroaches too"

After complaining they offered another room without addressing the issue. The room has worn and the fittings were out of date. The only redeeming feature was the breakfast which was good."

"Perfect location for my trip to University of Pretoria. Close to Hatfield Gautrain station, around the corner from campus. The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely. I had a room with a full kitchen, which was very helpful for my weeklong trip. Lovely breakfast added in and this was the perfect BnB! I will be back!"

"We were treated like royalty by the owners, the staff is excellent and very attentive and helpful, the property is wonderful, like a museum, with the most exquisite paintings and other works of art, a beautiful garden and swimming pool, the breakfast is outstanding, the location is perfect, quiet, safe and close to Brooklyn Mall and restaurants. "We had a lovely 2 nights stay with wonderfully friendly and welcoming Louisa and staff. Breakfast was really good!! "Didnt like the attitude from the ladies at the restaurant not all of them anyways.they communicated very poorly with us.And the other thing is that although there is a map it is impossible for the first timer to follow the directions correctly as the route is explained at the reception but very fast.we got lost several times before we got to our destinations. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay at Dikhololo beside those 2 small challenges hope they will be attended to soon "
