We had a brilliant few days being hosted at The Stables, located only a couple of miles from the harbour with easy access into and out of town it really couldn't be in a better location. The views from the bar/breakfast room are amazing and the staff really are top notch, friendly, helpful and everything you come to expect from a great hotel/restaurant. "

"Very friendly staff in this pub with rooms located in a peaceful village setting outside the hustle and bustle of Whitby. Very good food, brilliant breakfast and a grand pot of tea. Local doorstep walks and a super walk into Whitby for those fit and active. A great find. Hope to visit again."

"Had a lovely 2 nights at the dolphin hotel with a lovely view of the water. The staff was amazing & locked our key in the room by accident and couldn't find spare key but they called a locksmith who got us back in. The hotel is lovely and food is amazing. Will definitely stay here again. Wish we had longer. "
