"We recently stayed at this hotel and chose a lakeside room based on reviews suggesting it would be the quieter option. While being on the water was beautiful and peaceful during the day, the experience was impacted by the holiday crowds. The hotel was quite crowded, and the noise level at night was higher than expected—boats docked outside with loud music and guests celebrating late into the evening made it difficult to fully relax. That said, the room itself was clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but we’d likely avoid booking around a holiday weekend in the future if we’re hoping for a more restful escape."

"I really like Lucy at the check-in desk. This was my second time here and working with her. She is very informative and kind. Great at her job too!"

"We had a great long weekend at the cabin and enjoyed it very much. The cabin was perfect for my husband and I and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect and the bed slept just fine. Larry was an amazing host who even called me ahead of the trip to make sure I had directions just in case we lost cell service. Also, he is a very talented artist and had many of his original works hanging in the cabin. My only complaint is I didn’t have 2 cash on me as he had some of his prints for sale and I would have loved to have brought one home with me. Overall we loved the cabin and even talked about coming back in the cooler months. "
