"This hotel is next to a major shipping with multiple food courts and a grocery store at the basement levelnof the mall. Also, has easy and excellent access to the gteater Tokyo subway system. The only down side tobthis hotel is the poor English fluency of the hotel staff. "

"Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Nice to have food options onsite and 24/7 convenience. I would suggest not doing laundry here. The laundry room was quite dirty (from the lint)/humid (poor ventilation). The washer was fine in terms of cleaning. It was mainly the dryer where even with cleaning out the lint filter (which didn’t look like it’s been clean for a while) took forever to dry the clothes. Probably because of the poor ventilation. I ended up putting in 2200Y per load (load was will below max)"
