"Excellent, hotel in Shenzhen "

"Big bed, spacious room. Close to 华强北 where there is a lot of electronics shopping & malls."

"Just an observation/recommendation for the customers that are at Shenzhen for the first time without internet access. It would be helpful to have printed information of buses around the area and places to shop close to the Hotel in English. We were fortunate to have friends living close by to help us with sims cards and moving us around. The free internet sucks and couldn't connect from the room, also the A/C wasn't cooling enouph at night. Other than that everything was perfect, thanks!"

"Firstly I highly rate the staff. They are polite and helpful. Fast check-in. I was in the twins bedroom, room is nice and bright, clean washroom. "

"Though we waited pretty long for check in, reception staff were kind and helpful in explaining to us and making sure we were comfortable while waiting. Celebrated our anniversary here and the room was nicely prepared by the reception team, appreciate it loads! Disappointed we could not earn loyalty points for this stay though "
