"Love the american standard heights, like bed and lavatory. King size pillows were so fluffy. Blinds were room darkening. Overall it was a welcome change from the typical japanese standards. Would definitely recommend."

"I loved this property! It was absolutely comfortable, spacious and quiet. Loved the view of the airport planes and distant mountains. It also has an Olsen to relax and just enjoy quietness. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Usually the last day visits to Japan, I try to stay closer to the airport, and I will absolutely come back to this place! I wish I could have stayed longer. "Everything about the property is fine- it's spacious and clean. There are 2 shower areas, laundry and a kitchen. The lounge Unfortunately, the nearby outmall mall is now closed despite Google's assurances to the contrary. We were not fans of the check in process either. Even our 22 y at old daughter took some time to figure it out. We were eventually lu ked to an off shore call center."

"The hotel came with a welcome drink at the restaurant attaching to the hotel. Small room but all amenities are available to stay comfortable. I enjoyed the hot spring. "

"A bit remote from any major destinations, but it is a very peaceful drive and a peaceful stay. There isn't enough nice things to be said about the staff, they were extremely professional, friendly, and pleasant."
