"This unit worked well for us and our dog loved the fenced yard. Spacious, smells nice, plenty of hot water for showers, kitchen had most of what we needed, dishes, pans, etc. (didn't find a cutting board or pizza cutter though, so we used the kitchen scissors instead.) We weren't allowed to use the fireplace, but there were space heaters if it got chilly. You can hear people upstairs, though it wasn't excessive, just what you would normally expect if you were staying downstairs in anyone's home....

"The unit was very private and clean. Parking was easy although in exiting vision was somewhat hindered due to shrubs near driveway entrance. I didn't have need of all the other things, but everything seemed to be nearby."

"It truly is a retreat! It is so quiet and surrounded by lush plant life and birds. It was calming and healing to be there. The place itself is very comfortable, like being in one’s own home. I actually found myself saying to my travelling companion “let’s go back home now” and I meant this place, not my own house. My only regret was not staying longer — I didn’t want to leave! I will definitely be staying here again."

"Rarely post reviews but I feel I have to in this case. The location was nice near the Lynn Valley Park annd hiking trails . But Incorrect information on the posting . It’s a basement with no windows. Beds were full size and not Queen size. No Soap in the bathroom except a previously used soap cake . Very noisy at night because owners were running vacuum and some motor and walking around mostly into wee hours which caused a lot of noise for the unit and we were not able to sleep. Also water...

"Very comfy bed and comforters. Nice kitchenette. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Nice location near downtown and ferry. "

The landlord are very friendly and I feel like I am home already and the property is absolutely fully equipped with everything super clean super close to everything and the nature around surrounding the property is unbelievable I absolutely recommend this place and for myself I'm going to keep in touch with the landlord because I fly to Vancouver more regularly me and my partner thank you so much for your great hospitality"

"We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is not very well equipped. No proper frying pan. Lots of small appliances but half of the plugins on the counter are not working. We had to ask for toilet paper, paper towel, dish, cutting board. No oven in the kitchen. No saran wrap. Overall it is good."
