Pleasant villa with heated pool and summer kitchen, located in Furiani, 10 minutes from Bastia town centre and 5 minutes from the beaches of La Marana.
The villa boasts a well-appointed, functional exterior and spacious interior.
Ideally located, close to Bastia airport (14km) and port (8km), you'll be able to explore the whole of Corsica quickly and take advantage of the geographical assets of the Bastia region.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and has all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends.

The villa is located in a housing estate in Furiani, and has a surface area of 130m2 on 2 levels:

Ground floor:
Fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, etc.
Living room with flat-screen TV.
A large dining room/veranda that opens onto the outside.
Separate WC.

1st floor
One bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds.
One bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed.
A shower room with shower and bath.

A fully equipped summer kitchen: gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven...
Heated swimming pool open from June to September with sun loungers and parasols.
Large terrace with dining table.

Supplied sheets and towel.
Private and closed parking.
Deposit: 2000 euros to give the day of your arrival and to restore at the end of stay.

Séjour très agréable dans cette très belle villa située au calme, tout en étant proche des grands axes, de la plage et des commerces. Nous avons pu découvrir facilement la partie nord de l’île (Cap corse, Bastia, Corte, …). Le logement est super et conforme à l’annonce. Très bel espace extérieur. A recommander !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances dans cette villa spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée. Bien située pour visiter le nord de la Corse. Petite vue mer d’un côté, vue montagne de l’autre. Magnifique espace piscine. Très bon accueil. Je recommande sans hésiter.
