"Estoy embarazada, llegue de un vuelo internacional usualmente siempre me hospedo en este hotel porque debo hacer escala, pero al llegar a hacer el check in habian dos buses de pasajeros de avianca que debian ubicar en el hotel y nadie pregunto si habian personas con reserva yo le pregunte a un funcionario del hotel y me dijo que debia esperar, nadie me quizo ayudar inclusive intente llamar escribir por whatsapp no es justo cuando yo tenía reserva y los demas los debian re ubicar, casi $100 usd en una reserva de una noche, para este trato y poca empatia para mujeres embarazadas, fue decepcionante"

"Llegamos alrededor del mediodía y no nos dieron ninguna opción para entregarnos la habitación, simplemente que regresemos a las 3PM. Se notaba que el hotel estaba vacío, en el desayuno no había casi nada de gente, nunca nos había pasado esto"
