"Alma is a cute little town. The inn worked out great traveling with 2 Goldendoodles. The Holy Whale Brewery/ coffee shop is a must visit. Bartender (pm) and the coffee barista (am) were friendly and informative about the area. Very convenient location between Hopewell Rocks and the Fundy Trail Parkway"

"Really everything was good but here is where things went wrong , no fault of cleaning staff . No lid on toilet , really that is just not acceptable, you flush the toilet and can’t close the lid ??? Plus large walk in shower but have to walk in and chose water temperature??? You have to run out while water is heating up. You may think I’m crazy but toilet lid missing is so ick…… . Really room should not be used in this condition . I do expect a reduction in my rate for compensation due to this . Was toilet seat lid ripped off or staff deemed not necessary when was broken ?? Not sanitary, walking into bathroom and toilet bowl exposed , how awful ."

"We stayed here for three nights. We had a huge room that was well equipped. The patio door didn’t lock, but someone was supposed to fix it and never did. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and again the staff serving were so nice and pleasant. The last night of our stay was a bit disappointing because we didn’t get any sleep. Not really the fault of the facility, but as it is an old building the walls are definitely not sound proof. The person in the room next to us snored like a freight train all night long! The only thing we would change about this place is the fact that they say laundry facilities, which they don’t have! They did offer to wash clothes at a cost, but please change your description so others don’t think they can do their laundry here when traveling."

"On a road trip and it met with all of my needs. Always appreciate places that have restaurants on site, parking right outside my room and easy access to pretty much everything. One downside: the shower tap was broken which was a minor inconvenience as it still functioned."

"We had a suite with an incredible view of the bay. The restaurant below had wonderful food and overall the service was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. They really care about their clients. Well done."

"They are remodeling the facility, so that brings inherent issues for current guests. The outside is well maintained, so an interior update will be welcomed. No coffee in room. The TV remote did not pair with the TV so the solution was to manually turn TV on and off and use the remote for channel up and down, and volume. Did not seem like acceptable long term solution to me. The staff was very cheerful about it and volunteered to come into our room to turn TV off when we were ready for bed. We did not take her up on her kind offer. She was very helpful when I had a question about pizza delivery in the area which I appreciated."
Unique Lighthouse with Bay of Fundy Views & Hot Tub

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The king size bed was super comfy and we slept well. The quiet and serenity of the location suited us perfectly. The Hot tub was clean and we stargazed as we soaked. The views are awesome as we watched the tides roll in and out. The three stories were not an issue for us in our upper 60s. Hanging out in the upper level was a highlight of our stay. We will definitely return if we are in the area again."

"Excellent communications with Don, the host and kept us informed throughout. Bunky on the Beach was exactly as all the Pics that were shown. Everything was there that you needed and just as stated in the briefing, from bedding, pots and pans, coffee maker and much much more. Great view and great spot to visit and stay. Thanks Don.Derrick"
