With an improved decoration and fully equipped to the detail, this property has the maximum capacity to receive 10 people in the 5 rooms available: two suites; one with double bed and whirlpool bath and another two single beds; and three bedrooms with double bed.

Situated between Amparo and Piornais, this villa offers all the facilities and conditions for a large family or for a holiday with your group of friends! In addition to the interior space and large kitchen, which is fully equipped, the villa still has an outdoor space with leisure areas, garden and a beautiful swimming pool, ready for your dives.

The owners live in the house above Sky Villa. Get out of the rut and enjoy staying in this wonderful home. If you rent a car, the house has a private parking area.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Inserted on a road with few movement, this property is only at ten minutes away from the center of Funchal, its services and multiple restaurants. This area is fairly quiet. Near the house there is a bakery, cafes and supermarkets. In three minutes (by car) you are at the Forum Madeira Shopping Center, where you will find a wide variety of shops, supermarket, restaurants and movie theaters.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

We are always at your disposal to help or answer your questions. You can contact us via our mobile numbers or by email. We will do our best to meet your requests.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 10:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
