Hotel was in a good neighborhood that had shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel is connected to the neighboring restaurant, where breakfast was provided which had limited options of only hard toasted bread and cereal, sugary diluted orange juice, hot milk and coffee. Due to the neighboring restaurant and good location of hotel, the room did get loud at night; we needed to put on a noice maker due to the constant noice of cars and yelling/screaming people. For the price, I think that the hotel was reasonable, especially for the location. Hotel rooms could be updated: blankets were old and itchy, paint on walls could be brighter, bed frames updated,...

Hotel un poco antiguo pero con todos los servicios correctos, muy bien situado y dispone de un pequeño garaje para 4 coches y aunque no se puede reservar me dejaron guardar la moto en el lo que es muy de agradecer, desalluno un poco justo pero correcto y acorde con el precio.

Very good value for money.

The first room (at the front of the hotel) was noisy, but they were happy to move me to a room at the rear of the hotel which was extremely quiet.

Convenient location.

Good hotel in area very handy for the main shopping area and a short walk from the old town. Basic continental breakfast, could have done with a toaster. Bar and restaurant very well priced.

Dobry przelicznik cena/jakość.

Hotel Sirius jest zlokalizowany blisko targu i najważniejszych okolic Funchal. Zaletą jest niewątpliwie cena i bardzo dobre wyposażenie łazienki jak na 2* hotel. Do najbardziej zauważalnego minusu należy wliczyć śniadanie, które jest ubogie w ciepłe posiłki (bułki z serem i szynką + kawa). Mimo wszystko przy tej cenie dobrze, że śniadanie w ogóle jest. Ogólnie wrażenie dobre, polecam to miejsce na jedną noc.

Cheap, but even then too basic.

The hotel is very basic and many things need fixing or improvement even considering the low price - lighting, door of the balcony, pillows - even quilts had cigarette burns on them and were very dusty. Fine for couple of nights, but a week way too long. Some of the staff was not very interested in customer service. However, good location in Funchal town surrounded by locals.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Chambre confortable, très propre, personnel aimable et souriant. Emplacement en centre ville mais pas trop bruyant. Petits déjeuners quelconques. belle terrasse au dernier étage.

Очень выгодное расположение

Здание не новое, в номерах немного пахнет сыростью, НО все это компенсируется расположением отеля! Самый центр. До собора Се буквально 2 мин. пешком. Расположен на равнинной части Фуншала (кто поднимался в отель несколько раз в день в гору, оценит это). Если добираетесь от аэропорта на автобусе, от остановки легко катить чемоданы под горку. WiFi, как во всех недорогих отелях, лучше работает на нижних этажах. Есть лифт - что в старой части города бывает не во всех отелях 3*.

Väldigt mycket hotell för pengarna!

Ett hotell som ger väldigt mycket för pengarna. Det var bland det billigaste hotell i Funchal så jag förväntade mig väldigt lite. Döm om min förvåning när samtliga mina förväntningar vida övertrtäffades! Rummet fyllde sin funktion, städades varje dag, frukosten var enkel men helt ok. Gratis parkering för hyrbilen, men det skall nämnas att det nog inte är det lättaste att köra in och ut ur parkeringen som dessutom är väldigt liten. För mig var det inga problem, men det var det defenitivt för andra. Summa summarum; Jag skulle utan tvekan välja detta hotell igen och jag kan varmt rekomedera det till andra (om man inte vill ligga vid en pool och bara vara på hotellområdet hela dagarna!).

le petit déjeuner est très mauvais: café insipide, jus d'orange coupé avec beaucoup d'eau ... et le personnel est très peu sympathique (il n'y a pas de fer à repasser mis à disposition, à la place il propose le service de repassage au prix d'un pressing et le sèche-cheveux est limité dans le temps d'utilisation à 1 minute)

Das Hotel Sirius liegt sehr nahe vom Stadtzentrum, vom Busbahnhof und der Markthalle.

Das Hotel ist sauber, das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, besonders das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Auf dem Dach sind schöne Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Man hat eine gute Aussicht auf den Ocean und auf die Stadt, die bis Monte aufsteigt. Von der Straße her ist es manchmal etwas laut, es ist aber zu ertragen. Das Hotel liegt in einer Einbahnstraße. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit in einem Markt in unmittelbarer Nähe ist angenehm.
