Jasmineiro is a spacious apartment in a privileged area of Funchal, with a terrace and balconies overlooking the mountains, the city and the sea — it has a shared pool and private parking, and is ideal for families.

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a residential building and there is a shared swimming pool for residents that can be used by guests.

The apartment has an area of about 120 m² and consists of two bedrooms, each with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a small bedroom with a single bed, a living room with dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a spacious terrace and balcony with views in several directions, and private parking.

The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

The apartment is located in a privileged area of Funchal.

A few minutes' walk away there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, car parks and a casino.

It is 400 m from the Madeira Casino, 600 m from the La Vie shopping center, where there is a supermarket, 1 km from Funchal Marina, 1.6 km from Mercado dos Lavradores and 2.2 km from Complexo Balnear do Lido.

There are bus stops nearby and there is easy access by car to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.

The pool is not heated, but it is open all year round and can be used if the weather permits, unless temporary maintenance work is underway.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

If you have special needs or allergies, please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether we are able to accommodate them.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
