If you plan to rent a car, you can park for free in the building’s garage.

Located in a prime central area, right in the heart of Funchal, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Mercado dos Lavradores and the Old Town. From here, you can easily explore the city’s main attractions, such as the Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Cathedral, Madeira Wine Lodge, and more. The 'La Vie' shopping centre, with shops, cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket, is also just 10 minutes away on foot.

GETTING AROUND
The best way to reach the property is by transfer—ask us to book one with our local partners, as it is more affordable than airport taxis. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address. There is also a bus stop just 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not scheduled within 48 hours before arrival, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. A baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are available upon request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A Tourist Fee will be charged to all guests staying overnight in Funchal: €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person/stay). Upon arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
