Bus-stop and taxi-rank near by. Two lifts/elevators up to the apartment. New kitchen, bathroom, new bedroom, balcony. Flat screen cable TV/Wi-Fi. Reception. Swimming pool with fantastic sea views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Funchal. 2min. walk to sea access. Private free Parking area. Cleaning once a week with new linen, towels, soap and toilet paper. A holiday apartment for a very good value.
