Emma's Place, a Home in Madeira
Emma's Place is a spacious apartment, located in the main tourist area of Funchal, close to the sea and with several proximity services.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a residential building, with private parking.
The apartment has 165 m2 and comprises three bedrooms with queen-size beds (1.6 x 2.0 m), a living room with sofa and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms and a balcony with sea view, where you can enjoy the sunset.
The apartment is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
OBSERVATIONS:
The apartment is located in a high-density residential area with commerce and services where potential traffic noise exists, mainly during the day and if windows are open. There are construction works nearby, with potential noise during the day on weekdays.
Due to the island's climate, insects may unexpectedly occur. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean food remains and keep food well packaged.
The use of repellent is recommended for people sensitive to mosquito bites when moving around the island.
Cleaning is done before guests' arrival and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is performed, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
An increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in the main tourist area of Funchal. Within a 5-minute walk, there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and attraction centres.
It is 100 metres from the Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, 800 metres from Ponta Gorda swimming pools, 1000 metres from the Doca do Cavacas ocean pools, 1200 metres from Formosa Beach and 1200 metres from the Lido Bathing Complex.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to the Lido promenade, bus stops near the building, and is easy to drive to and from the main roads. The airport Aerobus has a stop 300 metres from the building's entrance.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties and behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and mode of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. For in-person check-in, scheduling is required and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time slot may be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document upon arrival and provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.
5. Any breakages, incidents or cleaning failures must be reported as soon as they are detected so they can be verified and addressed in a timely manner during the stay. Problems reported late with the mere intention of obtaining a refund will not be considered.
6. Guests must inform about allergies, constraints or special needs before or immediately after the booking to verify compliance and take appropriate measures.
