BSE15 Apartments 2F is a new, air-conditioned studio for two, right in the centre of Funchal — a good base for both a holiday and remote work, with everything a short walk away.

The aparthotel has 12 studios on 4 floors, a lift and a shared 116 m² rooftop terrace with views over the city, sun loungers and an outdoor dining table for 6 people.

The studio, on the 2nd floor, is 45 m² and has a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a living area with a sofa and a small dining table, a kitchen and a bathroom.

It also includes a refrigerator, a ceramic hob, an oven with microwave and other kitchen utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, a heater, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps) and a TV with international channels.



📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD

The studio is located in a quiet street close to the city centre, 300 m from the Town Hall and 750 m from Mercado dos Lavradores. The Old Town, Funchal Marina and the seafront are less than 15 minutes away on foot.

Nearby there are cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, wine lodges, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics.

A car is not necessary: the Aerobus stop is 850 m away and there are bus stops 150 m away. By car, there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the expressway to discover the island.



⚠️ PLEASE NOTE

There is no parking on the property: the aparthotel has paid parking spaces 150 m away (bookable on request). There are also two paid public car parks 140 m away.

The studio does not have a washing machine; the aparthotel has a shared self-service laundry with coin-operated machines.

There are security cameras in the building's common areas.

The street is quiet, but there may be traffic and street noise at peak times and, temporarily, from works in neighbouring apartments.

Towels changed twice a week; bed linen changed once a week.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

If you have special needs or allergies, please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether we are able to accommodate them.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
