"My friends suitcase broke on our last day and the staff was so accommodating. They offered to help us find a new one and helped of disposed of the broken one. They were so kind and patient, despite us not speaking their main language. The shuttle service was so convenient as well. This staff is the only reason we made it home with all our belongings."
