"I have stayed in a number of Hampton Inn and this property needs to be better maintained. Unfortunately we had to change rooms due to a non-working TV and due to a key lockout due to a power surge from a storm. The staff responded very quickly reprogramming room keys for new and existing customers. All in all, the staff was expedient and friendly. Please improve the breakfast selection and quantity on the weekend. It was nearly gone at 8:30 in the morning."

"Towels & wash cloths were very DINGY, which calls into question the bed clothes as well. Also a complete lapse of communication /coordination between front desk shifts resulted in unnecessary stress and complication for check in of the 2 rooms I had reserved"

"Parking was convenient the room was convenient and the coffee of course It’s not a newer building, but it was kept nice. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind"

"The property is a bit dated but not enough to disrupt the quality of the stay. The highlight of the property is Keri and Precious! We were there on a very, very busy week and they worked so hard the entire time we were there. Even when people came to them with hiccups or complaints they did their best to remedy guests concerns (even those that were being unkind). If I choose to stay there again it will be because of those ladies."

"I booked a suite with 2 king beds for the weekend...and it was over booked...my room wasn't available...so instead of my family being in a room with 2 beds....they gave us 2 single bed rooms....which meant my family was split up...we had an event to attend . .so we were forced to stay...and be seperated....of course it sucked..."

"Mary @ Front Desk was more than just that, she is a superstar and made us feel important and not invisible. She went above and beyond to help us when our reservation was canceled even after we were checked in.... it was a nightmare, but she helped us immensely. I will recommend The Spark to anyone traveling in Waldorf! We will also be back in the future."
