One of the worst hotel stays in my life. I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times and the past. I do not remember the miserable smells in the rooms or them running out of towels for 24 hours. The stench now is almost unbearable and the carpet almost feels wet. Kept socks on the entire time and washed everything when I got home.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Room had lipstick kisses on the mirror. Clothes from previous guest on the room floor. Toilet wasn’t working and wasn’t addressed, even though we asked, and they came into our room to empty trash. We had to ask for a plunger, which wasn’t offered when we first requested. We were told they were busy and short staffed. We understand that can happen, but a non working toilet in our room shouldn’t be ignored. The friendliness of the staff definitely helped our stay.

You have an excellent hotel. My only question is why you would have an old worn out chair in the room that looks like it was picked up at the landfill.

Fulton MS

Room was nice and beds were comfortable. Sofa sleeper’s vinyl fabric peeling and needed replacing. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly.
