"This hotel is in the middle of the Hood in DC. It comes with Hobos sleeping on the streets next to the hotel and almost everyone around it smoking weed all the time. The hotel has no parking. We parked half a block away on a private parking that charges $26.00 a day. Some of the parking spots had broken glass all over them. We didn’t have any problems at all while we were at the hotel. I expressed my concerns when I was checking in and I was told not to worry about anything. That it was safe. They are cool like that. The hotel is very modern. It is something you have to experience to be able to understand. The best part of our experience was the buffet breakfast. It costs $22.00 per person but is WELL worth it."

"Overall, the place is clean and very comfortable. However, I was very disappointed to find that although we booked a reservation including breakfast, it turned out to just be a snack area with coffee/drinks, a bagel, or fruit. That's not what I'd expect when a reservation includes breakfast. Very disappointing"
