"It was a nice property was a little disappointing because we were told the room was not ready and they would text when it was ready. So we could check-in, but we sat by the pool right by the room, and no one went in or out of the room. Aftert 2 hours went by I tried to contacted the front office and nobody answered the phone or text. We had to use the restroom, but there was no restroom close by. So I had to walk back up to the office. They gave me the keys but when I got all the way back to the room which was a little hike down the street, the keys did not work. And had to walk all the way back up to the office to get the keys reset. They had a Golf cart out front, but never offered to drive us back to the room other than that. It was a nice place to stay."

"The lower priced rooms are the older part of the resort. They show their age. I suggest spending more on your stay to get a room in the newer high rise part of the resort."

"I can’t breathe enough about how convenient this place is to the beach and the bars and restaurants and the community. It was very nice very clean beautiful spot. The only downfall was the check-in. I’m old school and you have to do this lockbox thing and we weren’t used to that but other than that the Jacuzzi was really hot, but it didn’t bubble it just shot out hot water from the jets which really wasn’t what I wanted so the Jacuzzi could’ve been better and the biggest complaint was there is no freaking ice machine on the property we stayed at I’ve never heard of a hotel that didn’t have an ice machine! The room was very nice. We got a king size bed. The bathroom was so tiny and there was no room for a woman to put her makeup on in other words there was no vanity area or shelving other than that it was wonderful."
