Wi-fi reception was very poor, but staff very friendly! They loaned us an umbrella when it was raining. Check-in and out very smooth as well. Great location, Hakata Station is very close. Good hotel for a short stay.

Brilliant location near the station. It is not THAT easy to find but it is close to the station when you DO find it. The other Hotel Forza at the opposite exit of the station was easier to find. However, good spot - good wifi - good experience.

This hotel is very good. Convenient location, excellent customer service, and very good facilities. On the other hand, there are two suggestions to further improve their services: (1) Add 2-3 English-speaking TV channels as all TV channels are in Japanese; and (2) Eco-housekeeping is good, but it is necessary to clean the floor everyday.

The 9.0 rating on the property seems too high. The pictures really didn’t match what the property looked like. The lobby is nice but the hallways were in poor condition, stained floors and marks on the walls. My room was dull, the chair in it felt like it was falling apart the carpets and walls were showing a bit of wear. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Japan for the same price that were much nicer.

Staff were nice and helpful. Room and bathroom size were comparable big when compared with many other Japan's hotel. Location is convenient. Many shopping malls nearby. Canal City is just 10 mins walking distance. The only problem found during my staying time was the cleanness of facilities. Old stains were found on bedsheet which was then replaced by staff after reported. Probably because of the age of hotel and its facilities.

The location was convenient for easy transport, food choices and shopping. Unfortunately, the bed was sagging and caused back discomfort. The back massager was most welcome addition as it was really needed. The leg massager was also much appreciated. Room service only included towel change and no quick vacuum. The breakfast was repetitive; and just fair. The room was a tight squeeze. The front desk personnel were very polite.

Good location, good staff, good service. But very odd policy. If you ask to clean up your room, the hotel will not provide you the 2 bottles of complimentary drinking water. You will only get the free water if you do not need the room to be cleaned up. I think this is unfair. It is very common to make up the room and keep it clean & tidy.
