Extremely convenient location to public transport and is walkable to many and diverse types of dining options. Room is not big but comfortable, with a small bathtub. Eco-friendly with various cleaning options available for the room. Good amenities. Only issue was the pillow choices - could not find one that was comfortable, so overall sleep quality was not fantastic. My husband didn't have an issue though, so probably a subjective experience in this regard.

What i dont like is the towels are plced in a box on the bathroom floor besides the trash can which i dont find hygienic.

Black dots found on ceiling Cockroach and sliverfish appeared in my room They changed room for me and it’s much clean

The bed’s condition in my room is poor. I launched a complaint and request to change. The reacted immediately. The bed was much better after changing.
