"The hotel is a short walk from the train station and outlet mall which which was convenient and provided much of the available shopping and restautant options. It’s otherwise a quiet residential area. Our hotel room was spacious but it felt like it had not been used recently. Although cool outside, the room was warm and we could never figure out how to turn on the AC. It was not quite as clean and spotless as other Japanese hotels we’ve stayed in. "

"A very nice hotel botique hotel. Interesting configuration as the upper level is the hotel, first level has all the retail shops. Walking distance to many nice small shops."

"The property is in a convenient location that is a few minutes walk from the main station, restaurants and shops. Public parking is also a few minutes walk away. The rooms were small but clean. Staff was helpful. Free coffee available in the lobby. It was great for the price. "

"I have stayed in this hotel for the last three times on a yearly basis.Very nice and satisfied.But on this trip, I am disappointed as I have booked a Premier twin room (43 sq m) but was given a room of 39 (sqm). However, I believe that it would be better if I had check in on weekdays instead of Saturday. Stay from Saturday and checked out on Wednesday."
