Although cool outside, the room was warm and we could never figure out how to turn on the AC. It was not quite as clean and spotless as other Japanese hotels we’ve stayed in. "

"I have stayed in this hotel for the last three times on a yearly basis.Very nice and satisfied.But on this trip, I am disappointed as I have booked a Premier twin room (43 sq m) but was given a room of 39 (sqm). However, I believe that it would be better if I had check in on weekdays instead of Saturday. Stay from Saturday and checked out on Wednesday."

"The apartment is nice with sufficient space for the family. The challenge is the location which is rather off the grid from the town and a very winding road leading to the club. Location wise is quite a challenge. Staff hardly speak any English but they are very nice people. "
