"We loved this property - so peaceful and relaxing! We were two adults with our two children (ages 10 and 13) and had a delightful time here. It’s a bit of a hike to get to, but was worth it 100%. Staff was very good. Visited the onsen twice and started to get the hang of it! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Very nice Japanese traditional style hotel. The location is great, close to the sight-seeing bus line and to the cable car lift. The bath is great, with good views on the 7th floor. it is a pity the room we had doesn't have a view though. The staff are nice, very polite. They also provide car service to and from the Fujikawaguchiko Station, which is nice!"
