"One of the most amazing experiences!!! The food, the design, the details, the onsen. Our room was so beautiful with magnificent mountains view. You can choose as many kimonos as u wish, so you have a look for every moment. It is also a Michelin 2025 hotel. Well deserved"

"Hotel was good. It’s a 20 min walk from the main station, but there’s also a free shuttle back and forth! Breakfast was also great. The bed was a little rough, i think an extra pillow could help. But overall it was a great stay!"

"Nice clean rooms. Kids enjoyed the door bells. Prefect location if you are going to Fuji Q highland. The mountain veiws from the room are amazing. We ate dinner in the Italian restaurant, which was good. The breakfast buffet was the best."
